		<description>As empowering as your article is, I don&#039;t know how this is supposed to work if you&#039;re just a lowly employee where a single mistake could mean you lose your job. But I know what you mean, when you knew you did something wrong, you feel guilty, and you can&#039;t seem to shake it off your head. I tend to have this problem. I tend to overanalyze and the play the situation over and over in my head. Even if I know I shouldn&#039;t. As liberating as having power over your life is. Whenever I feel like this, I search inside myself and to know what I did wrong, why those people said what they said about me, and most importantly to know what I want and what I lesson I can gain from this experience.
