I have an attitude of gratitude.
My attitude reflects a heart filled with appreciation for the things I have. I am humbled whenever I count my blessings because I know that there are many who are in less fortunate situations.
I am grateful because my Creator continues to bless me out of love. I seek to treat others with the same love and shower them with gratitude.
Gratitude makes my heart full of positive energy. I walk through life with a smile on my face and confidence in my heart because I trust that I am cared for. When I look through thankful eyes, I am able to see hope in the world.
When someone does something for me, I express my thanks, even when it is something small. I appreciate others’ hard work and dedication toward me. From the clerk at the store, to my loving spouse, I make it a point to sincerely thank everyone who serves me.
A small note, a smile, and a kind word are all simple ways in which I show others that I am thankful. A grateful attitude keeps pride and arrogance far from me. Pride comes before the fall, but gratitude keeps me standing strong.
Being thankful is a habit that I work on. Over time, the more appreciation I show, the easier it gets. Gratitude has become a charming and natural part of my personality.
Today, I give thanks for the gift of life. I go out of my way to make sure those around me know that I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart.
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. What am I grateful for?
2. Who can I thank today?
3. What is one creative way that I can show my appreciation to someone?

Affirmation – My dreams are real and achievable.
I have plenty of high hopes and dreams, but I am sure to keep my feet on the ground when it comes to planning my goals.
Even if I need to do a lot of preparation or further my education or skills, I plan achievable ways to obtain what I need. I know that, when my goal is achievable, I am destined for success!
I take all the time I need to make a sure-fire action plan. This plan becomes my roadmap for my journey to reach my goals and I detail every step of the way. I make each task one of the steps on my path. Every task I complete, no matter how small, is another step closer to my goal.
An ancient proverb states, “A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.” Therefore, I make my first tasks quick and easy ones so I can get started without much ado. Placing easy tasks at the beginning also helps me build momentum that motivates me and keeps me going when I encounter challenges.
Some might say that I have my head in the clouds with my dreams, but I am confident that my plan will get me where I want to go. I take action every day to work toward completing my next task.
Even if a task might take years, like going back to school to get a specialized degree, I am patient because I know I am still moving forward according to my plan.
Today, I intend to make a detailed plan for one of my highest goals, making it real and achievable for me!
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. What is my most exciting dream for my future?
2. Is this dream real and achievable, even if it should take years to reach my goal?
3. Have I made my roadmap of how I’m going to get there?
I choose to live a vibrant, healthy life.
If I want to be full of joyful energy, I must live a healthy lifestyle that provides all the energy I need. I also practice mental exercises on a daily basis that facilitate my healthy lifestyle as well as my optimism, happiness, and self-fulfillment.
My choice to be healthy includes eating nutritious foods. When I have a choice between picking up fast food and having a healthy meal, I opt for the healthy option. To make this easier, I plan ahead and freeze leftovers so there is always healthy food in the freezer to heat and eat on those harried days.
I make it a point to exercise every day. Even if I don’t have time for a workout, I stay active and make healthy choices. I take the stairs instead of the elevator. When I go shopping, I park further out in the parking lot. I play active games with my kids and pets and go for pleasant walks with my family and neighbors.
My joyful and adventurous attitude helps me feel vibrant. I pray or meditate every day to inspire and motivate me. I practice positive self-talk and repeat positive affirmations to banish negative thoughts and feelings. I venture out of my comfort zone to take on new adventures with gusto.
Today, I plan to make healthy choices and experience total enthusiasm in everything I do.
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. Do I choose to live a vibrant life?
2. Do my choices for exercise and food match my real desires for how I’d rather live?
3. How can I add more enthusiasm to my daily life?

Wealth creation all starts with the mind. If you have an abundance attitude and wealth mindset, you’ll be able to attract the financial success you deserve!
While there are many paths to wealth, once you discover the abundance mindset, you’ve set yourself up for actually achieving your dreams. But how do you create this mindset in the first place?
Here are some techniques that will help you develop a wealth mindset:
1. Visualize your goal. It’s not enough to just say you want to “be rich.” You have to make the conscious decision to create a clear goal and visualize all the details. It’s best to focus all of your energy on one thing rather than spreading yourself too thin.
2. Be specific. Break down your goal into minute details and start thinking about the exact steps you need to take in order to get there.
3. Break up the plan. The goal seems huge at first, but once broken down into smaller, more manageable steps, it doesn’t seem so bad. Focus on each individual task that you need to complete, and then congratulate yourself once you achieve each step.
4. Take action. It’s easy to get caught up in the daydreaming and planning phases of your goals, but action is what it takes to get you there. Your dreams become realities with action; otherwise they’ll just remain dreams forever.
5. Seek a mentor. Sometimes people are tempted to go at it alone, but you’re not alone in this world! There are many out there that would like to see you succeed and it’s your responsibility to find these like-minded people. Perhaps a business mentor or life coach may be just what you need to give you that extra push.
6. Focus on your thoughts. If you’re experiencing confidence issues, it’s important to take time to focus on your thoughts. Do you really believe that you can achieve wealth? Are negative thoughts holding you back? If necessary, remind yourself that wealth is possible and that success is a very real possibility for you as well.
7. Believe you deserve it. Believe that you are worthy of achieving wealth. If you don’t think that you deserve it, you may unconsciously set yourself up for failure. In turn, you may actually become the roadblock that prevents you from the wealth you deserve.
Believe In Yourself
Do you truly want wealth? Then be willing to follow through on your action plan while maintaining a positive attitude.
In life there are plenty of snags in the road and your path to wealth won’t always be easy. If you maintain the perseverance to achieve, you’ll be more willing to seek solutions and find success.
Remember that you have to start somewhere. Take the time to truly appreciate your progress. So for example, if you’ve doubled your salary, that’s a huge feat to be celebrated! While you may not be rich yet, you’ve made progress on the way to wealth. Keep focused on your goal and you’ll continue to build an unstoppable momentum.

I get up quickly when I fall. The experience makes me stronger.
I get up quickly when I fall because my strength is determined by my resolve to move forward, regardless of setbacks. When I am determined to succeed, a simple fall only fuels my drive. No matter how many times I fall, I wipe the dust off my knees and carry on.
Sometimes in my walk I may stumble, which sets me back. But a minor stumble may prevent me from falling. When I stumble I hold on to the lessons that I have learned in the past to help me stand strong once again.
Hope stays with me when I fall because, when I hit the ground, the only direction to go is up. I can look forward to tomorrow because I will enter the day with new wisdom. My vision stays close to my heart even if I have to make adjustments to my plans.
I keep my dignity when I fall because my true character is revealed at the lowest point. Even when I have made a mistake I continue to be an intelligent person worthy of admiration and respect.
Without overanalyzing my mistakes I evaluate my actions in order to learn and grow. I refrain from judging myself too harshly in order to preserve my spirit. I offer myself the same forgiveness that I give freely to others.
Today, I choose to get up quickly from any falls I may experience. I learn from my mistakes and become a stronger person, ready to face the challenges of the day.
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. How does a fall make me stronger?
2. When was the last time I overcame a minor stumble?
3. Why must I get up quickly when I fall?
Affirmation – My family is my rock.
My family inspires me to be my best. I want to be an inspiration to the loved ones around me.
My goal is to be a role model for generations yet to come. I believe that little eyes are watching and imitating everything I do. I feel a strong responsibility to leave a legacy of hard work and success for all to model.

I call and email my relatives on a regular basis. I am grateful for their love and support and my family knows that they, too, can count on me.
My family is the strong foundation upon which all other success is built. My co-workers know that, while I am devoted to my work, nothing takes the place of my family. I make sacrifices for my family because they are worth it!
The strength I receive from my loved ones can withstand any storm. Whenever the waters of adversity rise against me, I know I can count on my family to be a beacon of hope and peace. Their unconditional love is mine during times of success and hardships.
During times of trials, I recall memories of days spent with my family in order to find inner peace. A day at the park. A smile. A soft, giggly voice. Dancing in the rain. A warm hug. A sweet kiss. Those are the memories that keep me grounded.
Today, I am making new memories with my family to strengthen our unbreakable bond.

Some people say, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away,” but I find that a good sense of humor and a hearty laugh every day has even better benefits! I use humor to help keep me healthy and solve all sorts of challenges.
First and foremost, laughter relieves my stress. When my mind is focused on something funny, I can’t help but forget my worries, even if for a short time. Since stress causes most health issues, daily laughter keeps stress from building up to unhealthy levels.
A good belly laugh causes the mind to produce endorphins that promote a feeling of well-being. The way I figure, the more endorphins I make, the better I feel! It’s no secret that people with a good sense of humor live happier, healthier, and longer lives.
When I am feeling down, I take a break from my tasks to enjoy a funny movie or play entertaining games. After having my fun, I feel rejuvenated and get back on track with what I need to do.
If I am involved in a tense situation with someone, I think of something funny to break the tension. It always works! After we laugh, we’re better able to settle our differences amicably so we can find a win-win solution.
Laughter also helps me relax my mind. It sends extra oxygen to the brain that aids in clarity, which is always a good benefit.
Today, I intend to find humor in my everyday routines so I can rejuvenate my body, mind, and spirit!
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. What gave me my biggest laughs today? How did I feel afterwards?
2. Do I laugh heartily every day?
3. How can I bring more humor into my daily life?
I envision myself debt-free.
I envision myself debt-free, owing nothing to any man or institution. My books are in order and my accounts are balanced. I know that I can be free from debt because I am committed to my plan and I am responsible enough to make it happen.
I take pride in making sure that my family’s financial future is safe. I am working toward leaving my children an inheritance of blessings, instead of financial ruin. The steps I am taking today will ensure that my family will be free from the burden of debt for generations to come.
The way I spend my money is a direct reflection of my priorities therefore I strive to invest in things of value and refrain from insignificant purchases. When I want to buy something, I wait until I have saved enough money to make the purchase instead of buying on credit and acquiring more debt.
I have the ability to pay off all of my credit cards and loans by sending extra payments whenever I have surplus in my budget. When I pay off a debt, I stay away from new debt; instead I use the extra money for my savings and wealth building.
Temporarily, I have to make difficult cut backs in my spending in order to pay off my debt. I am simplifying my life and finding joy in things of true value. I refuse to accumulate more debt because I work hard for my money and deserve to be debt-free.
Today, I choose to be wise in my spending in order to be free from financial burdens. I see myself without debt; free to invest in my dreams. Free to give to others.
Self-Reflection Questions:
1. What is my plan for becoming debt-free?
2. Am I willing to make the necessary sacrifices to achieve my financial goals?
3. How can I spend more wisely?
