The nature of life is its ever-changing rhythm. Sometimes, the tempo speeds up. Other times, life slows way down. Yet, I choose each day to pace my life in ways that soothe and provide comfort to me.
I find that my calendar is an important tool in helping me live more comfortably. Living life at a comfortable pace means that I keep a close watch on my schedule.
When life becomes busy, I have no difficulty telling others “no” if they want to plan a meeting or outing with me during an already challenging week.
