I accept compliments easily
I find it easy to accept compliments. There are many good things about me, so it is only natural that I receive compliments. I am grateful when people have nice things to say. I enjoy the moment, smile, thank them, and then move forward with my day.
I avoid becoming arrogant when I receive several compliments over a short period of time. It is easy for me to remain humble and grounded, regardless of the many compliments I might receive.
Everyone has an opinion to give, and I understand that the compliments I receive today may be gone tomorrow.
I can also accept criticism with composure. Each critique I receive is a chance to learn something. I consider the advice I am offered, think about it, and choose to use the information or to reject it.
Insults can be a little painful to hear, but I know that unkind people are in pain and struggling. I avoid taking insults personally. I allow them to roll off my back without giving them a second thought. Insults make me appreciate the compliments I receive even more!
I especially enjoy giving well-deserved compliments to others. Making others smile and feel good about themselves is a pleasure for me.
Today, I accept any compliments I receive with a smile and gratitude. I deserve to enjoy any compliments that come my way. I accept compliments easily and with grace.
