Everyone faces stress in life. The ability to deal with stress effectively is important to my physical and emotional well-being. I have an excellent ability to rise above stress of any kind and find peace. This is a skill I cultivate each day.
Life provides a variety of stressors. Each stressor I face is another opportunity to practice.
My emotional skill set can deal with any source of stress effectively. This is part of why I am so successful. I can keep going when others decide to quit.
When I feel stressed, I remember to allow my mind and body to relax. I instinctively know that everything eventually turns out okay.
I can handle anything, so I am free of reasons to worry. I have confidence that the future holds great things for me.
Stress is my friend, because it helps me to focus. I become more determined and single-minded in my actions. Stress triggers a relaxation response in my mind and body. I am able to transcend stress of any kind.
Today, I am feeling relaxed and focused. I know that I can overcome any stressors that enter my life. I can let go of stress and have a wonderful day.
