I live love.
Love is the essence of harmonious existence and I live it every day of my life. There is no state of being quite like harmony and I strive to achieve it with every interaction I have with others.
I live love through my words. I say the words “I love you” to my family and friends because I mean it. I say it with conviction, and they believe it.
I also endeavor to say only kind words to others, even if the temptation to say something unkind is strong. I feel more at peace when I take that approach and it becomes easier with each situation.
I live love through my thoughts. I push myself to think only positive thoughts of the other person and wish them only the best. If I catch myself thinking a negative thought, I immediately focus on a loving thought instead.
I live love through my actions. I combat negative with positive to show others that it works out much better that way. When another individual brings negativity and war to me, I seek peace instead of putting on my armor.
I give freely and kindly of myself to help others in need. I believe that is the best way to show love, especially when it is least expected.
Today, I vow to live love regardless of the circumstance. My words, thoughts and actions exemplify love and others notice it right away. I am controlled by love, and so maintain harmonious contact with others.
