I love and approve of myself, no matter what.
I am a valuable person and make worthwhile contributions to the world. Each day, in big and small ways, I remind myself of this. In any circumstance, I know that I am worthy.
Knowing my own value is important to me. Therefore, I cultivate thoughts that encourage me in what I am good at and forgive myself for any mistakes. I consciously invest my time and efforts in recognizing my own worth.
If I experience situations in which I begin to feel a lack of self-approval or self-love, I stop for a moment to take a deep breath. As I breathe, I remember that my value is independent of any external circumstances or actions I take. I love and approve of myself always.
My self-esteem radiates out from me and is reflected back by others. They easily see my sense of self-worth and act in accordance with it.
If someone treats me in an unsatisfying way, I ask myself how I would prefer them to act. Then, I ensure that I am following my own good advice. I set the example for how I would like to be treated!
Today, I am thankful that I feel good about myself and treat myself with the utmost care and kindness. I seek out opportunities to exemplify self-love to enrich my life and the lives of those I love.
