I choose to believe in a positive future. I choose positive thoughts and feelings. As I practice this, I am getting better and better at it and finding that I enjoy my life so much more!

Today, I am grateful that I have overcome the fear. I recognize the difference between things that I need to be cautious of and psychologically created false fears. I am grateful that I have sorted that out and can truly change my life for GOOD!
