There are thousands of things I could focus my attention on each day, but I choose where to put my attention. I place my attention where it will benefit my life the most.
I control my attention. I am in charge of how I choose to allocate my focus.
I am able to avoid distractions. I have laser-sharp focus. I find it easier and easier to keep my mind where it should be. My ability to concentrate is growing each day.
I know what I am trying to accomplish each day. I prioritize my time and attention according to my goals.
My time is important to me, so I am committed to using my time in the most effective way possible.
I know that the most successful people use their time wisely. I am one of those people. I am wise.
Each day, I am clear on what I need to accomplish. My focus remains on those tasks as long as necessary.
My focus is absolute as I dedicate my time to the things that matter.
Today, I am focused and free of distractions. I put my attention where it will make the biggest difference in my life. I know that I can accomplish a lot today.
