I give myself permission to live the life that makes sense for me. I allow myself to live simply and meaningfully.
I only have things in my life that I love. I only need a few things in order to be happy. I know what is most important in my life. I enjoy these things and people as much as I can and avoid spending my time on the people and things that mean little to me.
I limit my life to the people, things, and activities that really matter.
I avoid distractions. It is challenging to live a simple life that includes distractions. I keep my attention on my simple life. Inviting distractions into my life detracts from my happiness and sense of wellbeing.
The simple life is the life for me.
I avoid spending money frivolously. One of the great benefits of living a simple life is the reduced financial pressure. A simple life is easy on my finances. Spending money needlessly only brings distractions and regret.
Today, I embrace a simple life. A complicated life is for impressing others. I am determined to live a life that impresses me, instead.
Self-Reflection Questions:

- What am I willing to give up in order to make my life simpler?
