I love to exercise. Exercising my body makes me feel fully alive and happy to be on this planet. I feel strong and powerful while I exercise. I feel good about doing the right thing for my body.
After exercising, my body and mind are completely relaxed. I have a better perspective of the world. My focus is enhanced, and any worries I had are diminished. I always feel better in every way after a good workout.
Exercise is my addiction, but it is a positive addiction. I enjoy exercising each day. However, I avoid excessive exercise. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing.
I keep the value of exercise in perspective and maintain the proper amount of focus on the other aspects of my life.
I exercise daily, but I am fine if I miss the occasional workout.
