I consistently pay attention to my eating habits. I know how to eat when I am hungry and stop when I am full.
I choose foods that make me feel better and eat them in healthy portions. Although I may like certain foods, I resist those that cause inflammation in my body.
I drink lots of water throughout my day. And I am aware when I am thirsty. I notice the signals in my body and resist the need to drink alcohol or caffeine after lunch.
When I feel sluggish, I rest or sleep until I feel more energetic. I limit my screen time to two hours per day.
I love to exercise. And when I do, I focus on moving my body rather than counting steps.
When I feel stressed, I breathe deeply and count backward by three. I allow myself time to reflect before responding to stressful situations. Whenever I can, I reduce stressors in my life through relaxation methods such as walking, journaling, reading, listening to music, and taking long baths.
I do everything in my power to find balance within my body. I eat healthy foods and exercise daily.
My body feels good. I feel strong physically and mentally. And even when my diet is less than perfect, I still manage to lose weight when I need to.
Today, I make my health a priority. I have a renewed sense of energy and vitality. I feel great and practice many ways to take care of my body.

- Do I know anyone who has made major improvements in their overall health?
