I value my life. I value life in general. I notice what the word “value” feels like in my heart.
I start a deep dialogue within. My inner voice says: “Value feels a lot like love. Value feels a lot like gratitude.” I continue to explore the feeling of “value”. I go deeper within my soul to discover why I value life.
I start to question what Life is. I meditate on the purpose of Life. I check inside for clues to what gives my life purpose. I journal my thoughts and find nuggets of wisdom within.
I continue my inner inquiry and start investigating the meaning of my life. I free-fall down the rabbit hole into a whole new cavern of knowingness. I uncover ancient philosophy that has been buried deep in my psyche.
“Wow,” my inner inquirer exclaims. “I didn’t know I was so deep.” My inner humorist smiles like a Cheshire cat.
I feel like I have fallen down an ancient wisdom mine. I ignite my heart light to see the writing on the wall. I take notes. My inner scribe writes things down for me as I decipher the hidden meaning of Life.
I realize that I am much wiser than I give myself credit for. I start to value my inner wisdom over external ego.
I draw a deep satisfying breath as I come back to the surface of this experience. I am grateful for this journey into the Cave of Inquiry.
Today, I value my life and the lives of others. I realize that we are all important in unique ways and have much to offer to each other and the world. Life is valuable and I value it.
