I use my values as my guiding star. My values keep me grounded and direct my decisions. Knowing and living my values makes life simpler and more enjoyable.
I am very clear on my values. I know who I am. I know what is important to me. My values have developed over many years, and I am pleased with my current view of the world.
I live my values with each breath I take. I like having the clarity that living by my values provides. My life is easier to navigate because I choose to be the living embodiment of my values.
Everyone knows what I believe just by watching me live my life. I am open and comfortable in my own skin.
My relationships with others are easy to manage. Everyone understands who I am and what I am about. Others respect my boundaries and respect me as a person. I have relationships with minimal conflict.
My values make it easy for me to make decisions. Whenever I feel indecisive, I return to my values and the best choice becomes clear. Decisions are only challenging when I forget or ignore my values.
Today, I choose to be guided by my values. I free myself of the burden of living outside of them. I allow my values to guide my decisions and behavior.
