Taking time to laugh makes me feel more youthful.
I believe that laughter is the best medicine for any ailment, whether physical or emotional. I know that laughing makes a world of difference in a bad situation, and I end up feeling lighter because I engage my sense of humor.
When I look in the mirror, I see the same person as fifteen years ago because my spirit is just as light. I take time out to laugh at negative situations instead of frowning at them because I know it helps to eliminate the heaviness of my heart.
I feel my youthfulness within. Even though my physical features are changing, I embrace the youthfulness I feel inside. I allow myself to laugh so I can entertain a feeling of happiness and a sense of serenity and calmness.
I believe that I am never too old to engage in child-like activities. Activities like playing in the sand or rolling around on the lawn make me laugh with joy and allow me to feel young. I identify with the child within me and know that because of that, I feel younger than my calendar age.
I commit to focusing on the positives in my life. I relieve myself of the burden of past negatives and move on to a brighter future by laughing.
Today, my laughs continue to bellow from my soul. I vow to make others around me happy by laughing so the world can be a better place.
