I am focused on the task at hand.
I have an excellent ability to focus my mind and attention. Whenever I am working on a task, my mind is focused on that task.
I am immune to distractions. I am very capable of ignoring distractions and remaining in a focused state.
To make it easier on myself, I remove distractions from my environment when possible. I know the things that are most likely to distract me and avoid them. I do my most important tasks in a distraction-free location.
I know the times of day that are easiest for me to concentrate. I do the bulk of my work during these times. I do the work that requires less attention and concentration during other times of the day.
I take pride in my ability to focus.
I can accomplish more, in less time, when I can keep my attention on my work. I know that each time I lose focus, I lose time and become less efficient. So, I make my focus a priority.
My mind is at ease when I am concentrating. The lack of stray thoughts is soothing to me. I find that time flies when I focus intently. I enjoy completing one task before moving on to another. This is the most efficient way for me to work.
Today, whether I am working or playing, my attention is steadfast. I avoid distractions and thoughts that fail to serve me.
