My motivation has been dramatically enhanced by writing down my goals and making sure I stay focused on achieving those goals. When I write down my goals and I am free of distractions, I am inspired to achieve and succeed in reaching my goals.
I encourage others to write their goals down clearly to stay motivated to reach them. Whether on Post-it notes or directly on a piece of paper – it works!
I keep my goals written somewhere visible and in front of me. I put them on my dashboard, desk, refrigerator door, or bathroom mirror – where I can see them regularly.
Daily journaling is an excellent way to record achievements and celebrate successes.
I write down my goals as frequently as possible, which helps keep them at the forefront of my mind. I make a vision board and write goals on it, and this provides an inspirational source for reaching my goals.
I practice visualization. I visualize myself already having achieved my goal. When I picture my success, I am more likely to achieve my goals, which helps me get what I want. Visualization is a fantastic tool to assist me in overcoming any fear of failure.
It allows me to imagine my desired result and helps me to attain them quickly. It works because I enter into a mental picture of what I desire, and then I begin to feel like I have already accomplished my goal.
Today, I am motivated to accomplish my goals, and I write them down. Visualizations help me see my desires fulfilled and feel confident of that success.
