I let go of the past, and I take back my power.
Now, the past is simply a memory, and I refuse to hold onto it. Instead, I release all negative thoughts about the past and live in the present moment.
I let go of fear and worry. What is gone is gone. I let go of my identity as a victim or an aggressor, and I move on.
When I think back to my past, I see how much courage it took to grow and overcome each challenge. I see how far I have come.
I appreciate and value how much change and growth are within my capacity. I accept my past as part of my history and avoid allowing it to define who I am now.
I move on through the stages of growth in life.
Sometimes there are painful lessons, but each lesson serves to expand my consciousness and guide me towards greater wisdom.
I believe that we must learn from our past and put it behind us before moving forward. I choose to change today so that tomorrow can be even brighter.
I allow myself to heal and transform. I release all negative thinking and emotional baggage from the past. I release toxic relationships that caused me to suffer.
Today, I understand that I have many choices in my life. I decide how to respond to challenging situations, and in each case, I can choose to be happy, confident, and hopeful. Now, I prefer to love myself and be kind to myself.
