I know the weight that works best for me and my body. This weight is unique to me. I am free from concern regarding the weight of others. The only person that matters when it comes to my body is me.
My body enjoys my ideal weight. I can overeat or under eat on occasion, and my body still seeks out my ideal weight.
I feed my body healthy, nutritious food. Fortunately, this is what my body craves. Following a healthy diet is the key to keeping my weight where it belongs.
I enjoy exercise. I feel powerful and comfortable with my body when I have a good workout. There are several types of exercise that I enjoy, and I do at least one of them each day. I have an exercise habit that keeps me on track. I know that consistency is the key.
As I mature, I become even more comfortable with my body. I am more relaxed and prouder of my body.

Today, I find it easy to eat the nutritious foods and do the exercise that result in my healthiest weight. My body craves my ideal weight. I maintain my ideal weight with ease.
