Life provides endless lessons and knowledge. All I have to do is pay attention and be open to receiving those lessons. My experiences provide feedback that I choose to learn from.
Everything I do has a result. I can learn from those results and make wiser decisions in the future.
I also learn through the experiences of others. The people in my life also make choices that have consequences. I am determined to learn from both the good and poor choices of others. This is another way that I can improve my understanding of life.
I like to learn through books, too. The greatest minds have recorded their greatest wisdom in books, and, thanks to libraries and the internet, these books are freely available to me.
I make time to learn as much as I can about life. I rely on my life, the lives of others in my circle, and books.
My good and poor choices all have something to teach me. A negative relationship can teach me just as much as a positive relationship can. My life provides a constant supply of lessons for my examination.
My eyes and my mind are open. I want to understand life.
Today, I take a great interest in learning from my life and the lives of others. I pay attention to what is happening in my life and all around me. I am learning the lessons that my life provides.
Self-Reflection Questions:
- What are my greatest mistakes? What did I learn from them? What else should I have learned from them?
- What are my greatest successes? What did I learn from them? What else should I have learned from them?
- What lessons have I been ignoring? What am I failing to notice?
