I am comfortable with myself. In fact, I love myself. I am 100% confident with being myself regardless of who is present. I find it easier to be myself than to pretend to be someone else.
I am comfortable in my own skin. I am happy with the person I am and pleased with the person I am becoming. I freely reveal myself to the world.
My strengths are on full display. I am comfortable showing the world my skills, talents, and abilities. I confidently demonstrate my power. I am unafraid to let everyone see just how powerful and capable I am.
I am honest regarding my flaws, mistakes, and weaknesses. I know that everyone is flawed. I avoid pretending that I am perfect.
When I allow others to see my weaknesses, they respect and admire me.
I inspire others to feel free to be themselves. I am helping others when I show that I am comfortable being myself.
Today, I am free of posturing and pretending. I am living a life free of lies. I am free to be myself, and I am helping others to feel that same sense of freedom.
Self-Reflection Questions:
- What do I keep hidden from the world? Why? What is this costing me socially and personally?
- How would my life change if I freely shared myself with the world? What is the worst that could happen? What is the best that could happen?
- How do I feel about other people that are comfortable with who they are? What can I learn from this?
