My life is full of peace, calm, joy, passion, creativity, and love. My life has a rhythm. It rises and falls.
And just as each season has a rhythm, feels different, and experiences changes, so does my exciting life. It goes through phases. It has a beginning, middle, and end.
I have a rhythm to eating. My eating takes as much time as I need. I eat when I am hungry and eat until I am satisfied. I am always aware of my everyday rhythms, and I honor and celebrate them.
I allow my energies to flow throughout my day. I am aware of when I am tired. And when I notice that I am going out of balance, I listen to my body and respond to its needs.
When I acknowledge that I am feeling off, I sit quietly with a cup of tea or hot chocolate. I breathe deeply and calmly.
Then, I decide what actions I need to take to restore my sense of balance. I drink more water and sleep more.
I honor the rhythm of each season. I listen to my inner wisdom regarding what phase I am currently experiencing. I choose how I respond to these changes.
Today, I align my energy with the rhythms of nature and am in tune with my rhythms.
