I am increasing my capacity for understanding. I am learning to understand myself better. I am gaining a greater appreciation of understanding others.
I recognize when I could increase my self-kindness. I listen intently to my thoughts and pull out the weeds of negativity. I am being more patient with myself.
As I increase my understanding of myself, I extend that kindness to others as well. I extend patience. I take the time to listen to others.
I am grateful for my brain. I am happy that I have intelligence. I learn to balance my left and right brain and show understanding and kindness to each aspect of my mind.
I also dig deeper into my understanding of my subconscious. I listen to the unconscious thoughts that emerge and clean up the basement of my mind.
As I show more compassion to my thoughts, I am able to feel better about myself.
I uncover hidden beliefs that are ready to be released. I let go of attachments to old, limiting beliefs from my childhood. I discard any worn-out ideas about limitations of what I have the capacity to do.
I increase my confidence in my mental capacities. I realize my mind is limitless.
Today, with my newfound understanding of self and others, I am able to navigate this world with greater ease and confidence.
