I realize that change is going on all the time. Perhaps I could tap into change more quickly. I can choose to let go of resistance to change more readily.
I start an inner inquiry around the word “open”. I notice when I am slowing down the process of change with my doubt or fears around change. I become aware of the times when I am closed off from change.
I check with my intuition to ensure that it is safe to change. I recognize resistance to change. I remember times when I have been resistant to change. I adjust my beliefs to reassure myself that I am in a new time. It is safe to change now.
I call on my inner guidance to give me the courage to change. I bolster up my bravery to face change head on. I think, “Maybe it could be easy this time. Maybe it is safe to be open now.”
I think of times when I have been successful with overcoming my resistance to change. I think of experiences when change has been easy. I even think of times when change has been enjoyable.
By overcoming my resistance to change, I recognize that I have grown as a person. I am proud of all the changes I have successfully navigated.
I adjust my boundaries to be open to change. I take a new view on change. I change my perspective. I determine that change can be easy. I smile and realize that change can be fun.
Today, I stand tall and confident, completely open to change.
Self-Reflection Questions:
- What changes am I currently dealing with?
- How can I become more open to change?
- How can I adjust to changes more easily?
