I avoid focusing on my problems. When I focus on the challenges in my life, I become less capable. I become stressed, anxious, and fail to find solutions.
I also avoid ignoring my problems. Problems only increase in severity when ignored.
When I have a challenge in my life, I choose to focus on solutions. I consciously put my attention on finding and implementing a solution and that process greatly increases the odds of eliminating that challenge.
It is difficult to find a solution when I focus on my challenges. Luckily, I have the power to direct my focus as I choose.
