No matter what is going on in the external world, I choose to fill my world with love.
I realize that it is easy to get caught up in external chaos. I recognize that social media and mainstream media are vying for my attention. I am grateful that they lack any influence on my world.
I am grateful that I have the discipline to focus my energy on what really matters in my world. I give thanks for my family, friends, and my home.
I fill my home with love. I bring myself flowers. I enjoy a box of chocolates. I tell myself loving kind things. I give myself credit where credit is due.
I show myself love in many ways.
I take myself out to lunch from time to time. I go to the movies or a concert. I listen to uplifting music. I watch programs that fill my heart with happiness.
I show myself love by dancing, singing, and preparing my favorite foods.
I fill my world with love by being kind to others. I say kind words to people I meet. I show respect for elders by opening the door. I smile at children and tell their parents what lovely children they have. I give out compliments freely.
I show kindness to my pet. I feed the stray cats. I find ways to show love to strangers. I find projects that fill me with love.
Today, I live a happy life because my world is filled with love.
