Today is a perfect day.
I feel the sunshine with just the right amount of warmth on my skin. I notice that the light from the sun is the perfect amount of light to be enjoyable. I feel the breeze tousle my hair about my face like it is teasing me to come play in the garden.
I listen to the sound of silence wafting through the air. I breathe in serenity.
I know that all is well in my world.
I notice the silence is broken with the gentle “coo” of a dove. The tiny chirps of finches chime into the chorus. Sounds come and go, and it is all perfect.
I feel the temperature of the air. I think to myself, “Not too hot…not too cold… just right.” I marvel at its perfection.
I drink up the deliciousness of cool water. I am thankful that nature provides water to hydrate my body and help keep me healthy.
And I am so blessed to have plenty of nutritious, delicious food. I am grateful for all the textures and tastes and a tongue to appreciate all this yumminess.
Today, I stand in amazement of the perfection of all things. I feel honored to have the opportunity to live in this wonderful world. I bask in the perfection of All That Is.
