I am clear with my boundaries for my own mental and physical safety. Taking care of myself first lets others know what is safe for them.
I base my boundaries on my principles. I have solid principles. I know my values. I avoid crossing my boundaries into questionable territory.
I stand up for myself. I speak up for myself whenever the occasion calls for it.
When I come from a stance of clear boundaries, it lets others know where I stand. In that way, we can respect one another’s boundaries. That prevents challenges moving forward.
When I know who I am, I can be my authentic self. When I am my authentic self, it sets the stage for others around me to be who they truly are, too. With authenticity comes clarity.
My relationships improve. Life gets better.
In this ever-changing world, I stay centered in my truth. I give respect to others and they respect me. We create a world of mutual respect and honor.
My world becomes increasingly well-ordered when I am well-ordered within. I keep good inner boundaries, first and foremost, by abiding by my principles and values.
Today, as the king of my castle, I protect my principles and values. I create strong boundaries and honor the boundaries of others as well.
