Even in very challenging circumstances, I remain calm and centered. This is a wonderful gift. This is also an amazing skill that I continue to perfect.
The ability to keep my head in all situations is a blessing. It is a blessing that I view as my superpower. When everyone else is at their worst, I am at my best.
My ability to be calm, relaxed, and centered increases as the stress in my life increases. I can rise to any occasion, because I stay calm and centered. I can find the best solutions and implement those solutions expertly when I am relaxed.
I stay focused on what matters. I focus on what I can control. I know that focusing on things and people beyond my control is a waste of my energy.
Challenging situations can be distracting, but I am able to refocus my mind quickly and easily. I am in control of my mind and thoughts.
Today, I am staying calm and centered in all situations. I know what I need to accomplish and have every confidence that I can achieve this without distraction.
