I believe that each challenge in my life has a solution that I am capable of discovering and executing. My life is free of worries, because I have reasonable solutions to all of the obstacles in my life.
Rather than worry about the issue at hand, I seek out a solution. Fortunately, I quickly and easily find the solutions I need. I find a quiet place to seek solutions, and then the solutions become readily apparent to me.
I know that every challenge I face can be overcome, because I always find a solution.
I am excellent at applying the solutions I find. I stay calm and relaxed when faced when dealing with a challenge. I simply put my best effort into executing the solution. Life is easy this way.
I avoid worrying about the problems in my life and focus my attention on the solutions.
I might occasionally need advice from others. There are rare times that the solution I need is difficult to see. I have other people in my life that can help me to identify solutions at these times. I can always find the solution to any challenge one way or another.
Today, I prioritize finding and applying solutions. I am free from worry or fear, because my attention is solely on solutions. I am taking the steps necessary to remove all of the challenges from my life.
