My greatest power is the ability to direct my thoughts. I have the ability to control what I am thinking about at any moment. I determine what I think about. I choose what I focus my attention upon.
By controlling my thoughts, I control my life at the highest level.
I am able to manage my emotions. I make my emotions work for me, rather than against me. I can quickly dissipate any negative emotion I am feeling. I do this by redirecting my attention and my thoughts.
I manage my thoughts and emotions. My thoughts and emotions are unable to negatively influence me.
I am aware of my thoughts and emotions at all times. When I experience a thought or emotion that is disruptive, I change it to a more productive thought or emotion.
Directing my thoughts and emotions allows me to ultimately control my actions. It is my actions that truly determine the outcome of my life.
So, I can direct the outcome of my life through my thoughts, emotions, and actions.
Today, I am committed to thinking positive thoughts and taking effective actions. I manage my emotions to the best of my ability. I am the master of my destiny.
