Forgiveness heals my hurts. It opens me up to love and acceptance.
I practice forgiveness, and I let go. I accept there is a pain in every life journey.
I learn to accept what has gone and welcome the present.
I recognize that anger keeps me a prisoner. I choose to let go of anger. I decide to release any feelings of abandonment, and I let go of the blame.
I am thankful for the many lessons that I learn.
As I free myself of negative feelings, I understand that I deserve to heal. I deserve to heal any emotional wounds and live freely.
I turn my focus to emotions that serve me in the present.
I bring my awareness to the good feelings in life. As I learn to direct my focus, I frequently smile throughout the day. My attention begins to turn to the joys in life and to the beauty in my surroundings.
I am grateful for the wonderful friends in my life.
I know the truth. I know that I am responsible for my actions each day. I know that I deserve to live with peace and joy.
Today, I let go of anything out of alignment to serve my present. I forgive myself. I forgive others. I forgive my suffering. I release myself from the burden of unforgiveness. I am free.
