I am the master of my thoughts. I choose to only entertain positive thoughts. Positive thoughts help me to maintain a positive mood and an optimistic outlook on life.
I am in control of what I think about and how I think of those things.
I reject negative thoughts. Negative thinking is unwelcomed in my life. When I experience a negative thought, I immediately reject it. I only have room for positive thoughts.
I prefer thoughts that nourish my soul. I love thoughts that bring me closer to my goals. I welcome thoughts that allow me to feel positive emotions and enjoy my life.
I choose thoughts that serve me. I am a positive person, so it is natural for me to have positive thoughts. Since I can choose to think about anything I desire, I choose my thoughts carefully.
Positive and nourishing thoughts allow me to have a successful and happy life. My thoughts ultimately control my actions. I want to take positive and nourishing actions in life, so I want to have corresponding thoughts.
Today, I control my thoughts to the best of my ability. I choose thoughts that help me reach my goals. I actively fill my mind with positive and nourishing thoughts that support me and contribute to my happiness.
