It is so awesome that I have learned to keep external distractions out of my life. I am really proud of myself for creating and maintaining this reality. I live a life of happiness and joy.
I let go of mainstream media. I refrain from excessive device usage.
As a result, I now have plenty of time to spend in my happy place where I can be immersed in nature.
I create the time to get fresh air outside. I get enough sunshine to have a healthy amount of vitamin D.
My diet helps to keep me healthy and happy. I choose to eat a diet that is filled with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. They are both nutritious and delicious.
I am pleased with myself about how much exercise and physical activity I have been able to create as a daily part of my life. I see that by unplugging from so much technology, I have plenty of time to work out.
I participate in creative activities that feed my soul. I am even taking time to play my ukulele! I find myself singing around the house. I feel myself moving to the music while cooking dinner. I love to salsa while making salsa!
I recognize that these daily habits are my secret to abundant health and happiness. I see how my body is getting healthier each day from my healthy lifestyle.
Today, I love my life! I am healthy, happy, and serene in the abundant life I have aspired to.
