When I look in the mirror, I see someone beautiful on the inside and outside. I embrace the beauty that I know exists.
With so much worldly focus on physical appearance, I maintain gratitude for having a strong body. I acknowledge each thing that my body allows me to do. My body does for me what others’ bodies are unable to do for them.
I exercise daily because it makes me strong. Having physical strength allows me to move mountains.
When someone calls on me for assistance because I am strong, I feel honored. It is important to acknowledge the beauty of my body in its ability to support others. I am thankful that I am able to be someone reliable for my loved ones.
On days when I am feeling less than beautiful, I smile in the mirror. I take a moment to recognize the sensations I feel when I smile.
Being able to shift my own outlook with just a smile means that I am also able to have that impact on others. It speaks to there being a beauty in me that is much deeper than what is visible on the surface.
I am a smart woman with high aptitude. I lean on that knowledge when I am feeling less than confident. My natural abilities are incomparable.
Today, my sureness comes from knowing what I am capable of. I believe in myself and have confidence in the astute person that I am. My goal today is to let my light shine so others can see my beauty and profoundness.
