I am choosing to find happiness in my life today. I have many things to be thankful and happy about.
When I consider my many blessings, I feel happy and at peace. I am fortunate to have a life that I enjoy so much.
I have many wonderful friends that support me and add joy to my life.
I am emotionally supported by the important people in my life. There are people that support me at my workplace. My neighbors are kind and helpful. My friends and family are always there for me.
Knowing that I have so much support in life brings a feeling of constant peace.
I am content with my life. I have everything I truly need, or I have the means to acquire them. I want for nothing, so I am at peace.
I have a high level of emotional comfort. My mind is relaxed. My body is relaxed. My soul is at peace.
Today, I am looking forward to a happy and peaceful day. I am releasing everything from my life that stands in the way of happiness and peace. I am committed to living my best life. Today is a day of happiness and peace for me.
