I have the power to draw upon my strengths when I need help and always have strong confidence in my abilities.
When I feel less confident in something, I put in the extra effort. I talk myself through difficult situations and always express my feelings.
Each day, I get better at asking for what I need from others to get what I want. Even though it may be an uncomfortable situation, I continue to ask until I receive help or reassurance.
I am learning how to speak up for myself when something feels wrong. This act takes courage, but I gain more confidence in doing this every day.
My conversations are more productive, and I am finding out what I want and need.
I continue to learn how to manage my stress levels and allow my brain to rest and recharge. I also focus on what I am grateful for instead of what I hate.
I use the power of gratitude to strengthen my mind. I can tell my actions are changing because I feel stronger mentally and physically.
I move through my days with ease, knowing that I have all that I need within me. I know that I take care of myself enough to handle anything that comes my way.
Today, ower Everywhere I go, I take the tools I need to achieve my goals.
Self-Reflection Questions:
- Where have I been most vulnerable in my life?
- How has my confidence changed over the years?
- How can I take this power with me wherever I go?
