My mind and heart are open to becoming spiritually grounded. There is room in my soul for the things that bring contentment.
Early mornings envelop me with the serenity that allows me to set my daily intentions. When it is quiet, I hear my inner voice more clearly. The sounds of my soul tell me how to honor whatever keeps me spiritually well.
My soul guides me on how to start my workday. It reminds me that the peace I feel at dawn is the peace to purposefully fill the rest of my day with.
I breathe and remind myself to abandon any tightness or anxiety that is slowly creeping up on me. When I deny those feelings access to my body, I am able to focus on the task at hand.
Clarity comes from peace.
Sometimes my doubts are difficult to decode, so I use my quiet time to dissect them. That diminishes the questioning about which direction to take.
I am content with whatever choices I make because I commit to them in a peaceful state. When external factors are far away from my consciousness, I know that it is the ideal time to choose what connects with my truest self.
Today, peace reigns within me and in my immediate surroundings. I choose to allow peace to be my power and the catalyst to positive decision-making. My life is fulfilled because I choose to act from a place of contentment and peace.
