I realize that I have gotten off course, and I am rectifying that now.
I am back on track.
I forgive myself for getting off track. I forgive myself for getting distracted. I give myself permission to be kind and compassionate to myself in the course of making mistakes. I am correcting my course now.
I realize that what once was appropriate for me is now outdated. I have grown out of certain behaviors and patterns. I am upgrading myself now.
I am resetting my goals. I am expanding my capacity for growth. I have set a new course. I have a higher destiny now.
I imagine myself going up steps. I realize that I have to step off of a lower step to bring that foot up to a higher step. I am stepping up towards my goal by leaving lower steps that got me this far.
I am grateful for the steps I have taken towards my goals. I am grateful that I am now aware of the course corrections that are necessary to gain greater ground.
I realize that sometimes I stray off my path. I forgive myself and move on.
Today, I resolve to pay greater attention to my goals. I catch myself when I get off course. I am compassionate to myself as I redirect myself back by following my inner compass.
