I want to feel proud of myself, so I choose my actions wisely. My behavior is what I actually put out into the world, so I judge myself based on my actions.
I alone control my actions, so feeling proud of myself is under my control. I can feel good about myself when I behave in a way that is in alignment with my goals.

When I act in a way that positively supports others, I feel proud of myself. While many people are only concerned with themselves, I have concern for others. I feel proud when I act with kindness and consideration.
