I value that I am such a calm person. I can stay calm and relaxed in situations that others find stressful.
Having such a calm demeanor is a huge advantage. When I experience stress, it is only at a low level. I am very skilled at being calm, cool, and collected.
I am patient. Patience is a virtue that I have in spades. Everyone knows that I am a very patient person.
I avoid wasting my time, but I am patient when the situation calls for it. I feel at ease while I wait. I allow things to happen in their own time.
My emotions are under my control. I choose to be happy, optimistic, and determined. I avoid negative emotions, because they fail to serve me. I feel the emotions that are most advantageous for me.
When I feel myself losing control of my emotions, I recenter myself and remain calm.
Today, I choose to be calm and patient. I control my emotions. I feel good about today and have a great attitude. Today is going to be a day to remember.
