I know that most fears are False Evidence Appearing Real, as the acronym indicates. I march boldly into my future knowing that I am safe.
I am getting really good at catching my thoughts. I observe my thoughts.
I take the time to dig down under each thought to find the seed belief. I take the time to follow the belief trail to its origin and give myself plenty of time to resolve this old belief.
I forgive my old self that fostered that belief as a safety mechanism for self-protection.
I use kind and encouraging self-talk as I massage this old belief and replace it with a healthy belief.
I then use positive thoughts and affirmations to move confidently into my future.
I give myself permission to feel the emotions that come up to be healed. I support myself in my self-discovery without shaming myself.
I do whatever is necessary to comfort my old self and bring it up to speed with my new and improved self-image.
Now, I can step forward into my future unabashed. I can confidently see a positive future. I can relax and enjoy my life.
Today, I realize that the more I embrace my present moment with happiness and joy, the more I create a future of happiness and joy. I see that all is well in my world. I am creating a fearless future!
