I enjoy a nutritious diet. I sit down to eat a hearty breakfast. I leave my desk for lunch. I share dinner with my family. I choose delicious whole foods for my meals and snacks.
I do meaningful work. I use my strengths and share my expertise. I collaborate with my coworkers and appreciate being part of the team. I am productive and engaged.
I spend time with my family. We talk about our day and discuss our thoughts and feelings. We go for a walk after dinner or watch a movie together. I play with my kids and read them bedtime stories. I plan a date night with my spouse.
I stay in touch with my friends. I call and text in between coffee dates and weekend outings.
I exercise my body and mind. I stand up and stretch when I have been sitting for long periods of time. I read books and solve word puzzles.
I try new things. I read magazines or browse online for ideas for fabric crafts or home renovation projects. I experiment with recipes for lasagna rolls or banana pudding.
I have fun. I make time to sing and laugh.
Today, I follow my dreams and pursue my goals. My life is abundant and meaningful. I am happy and successful.
