Everyday moments are precious to me. They are full of love and laughter. I know that living today means enjoying every single moment and experiencing each event fully.
I know how easy it is to forget how whole my life is when I fill myself with stress and worry. I know my choices can cause me to miss out on so much. Like many people, I can have more than enough yet still feel empty inside.
So, I choose to enjoy every single moment. I savor everyday moments to appreciate the beauty of life.
When I feel stressed or anxious, I remember to breathe deeply. I remind myself to slow down. And I remind myself that everything will be okay.
When I’m having trouble relaxing, I take deep breaths and focus on my breath. I let my mind go blank, focusing only on my breath moving through my lungs.
I choose to enjoy everyday moments and be grateful. Thus, my energy flows like the sea waves because I am happy. My spirit overflows with gratitude and appreciation.
I choose to accept myself as I am and feel grateful for all I have.
I notice how I react to stressful situations and take note of my reactions to frustration, anger, or disappointment. Rather than focusing on these negative feelings, I shift my attention to the here and now. I think about what I’d like to do next. If I find my actions are far from productive, I sit quietly and enjoy the moments.
Today, I choose to focus on appreciating all that is good in my life. I enjoy the goodness of my life.
