I become wiser, more patient, and more tolerant as I age.
My mind is sharper than ever before. I may be slowing down but I am growing stronger. I feel capable of handling any situation that comes along.
I am a better listener because I learn to listen to my inner voice. I learn how to respond to a whole variety of thoughts with kindness.
I am conscious of my feelings. I am aware of my pain and suffering. I make the choice to allow myself to feel better each day.
I choose to let go of fear. I understand that fear causes stress, which leads to sickness. Instead, I release my fears, and I begin to heal.
As I heal, I grow healthier.
I believe that the beauty of life is in the choices and intentions we live by. I can choose to live fully and welcome all that life offers.
I choose to age gracefully. I prefer to enjoy the process of living.
I am grateful for my experiences so far. I thank God for my blessings. I thank God for His love and mercy. I am thankful for the gift of life.
Today, as I grow older, I continue to learn how to love and accept myself. I choose to be joyful as I age. I choose to love myself. I choose to enjoy each moment of my journey today.
