Each day gives me new opportunities to grow and learn. On the other hand, every day presents obstacles to help me change or grow. Each day I decide how I can handle these daily struggles.
My mind is always open to learning something new. I resist the fear of failure because I have learned to trust in the goodness of others.
I understand I allow worry to hold me back sometimes. Sometimes I worry about failing. Now, I trust that everything happens for a reason. I approach every challenge with courage and curiosity.
With age, I become wiser. I know when to step back and let someone else take over for a while. I delegate tasks and accept help when needed. I know how to reject jobs when asked to do something too much.
I appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow and take full advantage of my education and training. I also seek out mentors to guide me in my journey.
I take advantage of the free training offered by organizations and explore different methods that may assist me in accomplishing my goals. I experiment with various tools and tactics to solve problems and try new things to succeed.
I trust that there are solutions to any problem. When I encounter difficulty, I look for ways to create a solution.
Today, I recognize that change takes time. I understand that change requires patience and willingness to try again. It also requires persistence. So I plan to adapt to changing conditions. After all, the changes I make today are small steps.
