I learn how to make changes in my life. I use effective planning to guide my actions. I ask myself why I need to make this change. Then I create an intention statement. I plan my actions using the 5-Step Action Plan.
When I experience an obstacle or resistance, I notice it. I acknowledge the emotion that comes up. Then I take appropriate actions to address the situation.
I keep track of my progress by writing about my experiences in my journal. I write about my successes to help me stay focused.
I continue to grow and evolve. I use my unique gifts and talents to develop my career and relationships. I use my intuition and spiritual guidance to guide my choices.
I allow myself to be vulnerable enough to fail. I can make mistakes and learn from them. I release any feeling of fear.
I believe that we are here to learn lessons. When something happens outside of my intentions, I seek to understand it and grow from it. I know that each experience is an opportunity to learn.
I love the process of growth, and learning new things excites me!

Today, I am dedicated to living in balance and growing new areas of my life. My focus is on living a joyful life. Through reflection, I can adjust my goals in a way that inspires me to become the very best version of myself possible.
