I appreciate the wonderful gift of my physical presence. I feel blessed to experience life through each breath.

My body is strong, flexible, and agile. I treat my body like a temple. I drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and breathe deeply and consciously to oxygenate my tissues.
I stay connected with friends or family members. I engage in spiritual rituals to help me regain energy and focus.
I know the power of positive thinking. I focus on the happy memories of my life. I focus on the positives. I believe in the healing powers of the mind. I visualize myself feeling great and vibrant. I envision myself as energetic, healthy, and happy.
I am diligent and stay connected to the purpose of my existence. I believe the purpose of existence is to grow spiritually and find meaning in life. I seek new opportunities to expand my knowledge.
I take regular vacations and allow myself to rest and relax.
In addition to nourishing my body, I also nurture my mind. I study psychology, philosophy, religion, science, and spirituality. I invest time and effort into learning. I pray daily.
