I adjust my posture. I train myself to straighten up when I am sitting or standing. I relax my shoulders and firm my core muscles. I distribute my weight evenly over both hips.
I protect my skin. I drink lots of water and wear sunscreen. I quit smoking. I take brief showers and wash with gentle soap. I sleep well and manage stress.
I monitor my media consumption. I pay attention to how Instagram and magazine ads affect the way I see myself. I search for content that validates and inspires me.
Today, I appreciate my body and what it can do. I practice lifestyle habits that keep it healthy and strong.
