My body looks great and works well.
I accept myself as I am. I look in the mirror and speak kindly to myself. I focus on the features I like. I remind myself that I am dazzling inside and out.
I take care of my body.
I scan myself from head to toe. I look for spots that are tight or sore. I relax them with breathing exercises and gentle stretches.
I eat a nutritious diet. I choose foods that are anti-inflammatory and high in fiber. I limit my consumption of sugar, salt, and saturated fats. I enjoy at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day.
I exercise regularly. I lift weights. I run in the park or take a spin class.
I adjust my posture. I train myself to straighten up when I am sitting or standing. I relax my shoulders and firm my core muscles. I distribute my weight evenly over both hips.
I protect my skin. I drink lots of water and wear sunscreen. I quit smoking. I take brief showers and wash with gentle soap. I sleep well and manage stress.
I monitor my media consumption. I pay attention to how Instagram and magazine ads affect the way I see myself. I search for content that validates and inspires me.
Today, I appreciate my body and what it can do. I practice lifestyle habits that keep it healthy and strong.
